Terms of Use

These terms apply to this website and to the apps that W.E.C Labs AB (reg. no. 559508-2347) develops and operates for stores. A store may have its own additional terms in its app. In case of conflict, the store's terms apply to purchases and customer accounts. The Swedish version is the original; in case of differences, it prevails.

1. The service

The apps give you as a customer a personal service connected to the store's range and your customer account. The features included are described in each app. Purchases are made in the store's checkout and are covered by the store's terms of sale. We are not a party to the purchase.

2. Account

You sign in with your customer account at the store. You are responsible for the information you save being your own and for not sharing your login with others. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile → Delete account.

3. Acceptable use

The app is intended for personal use. You may not try to circumvent technical limits, disrupt the service, copy its content on a large scale or use it unlawfully.

4. Content and information

Product information, images, prices and stock levels come from the store. We do our best to keep the information accurate, but errors may occur. Always check the product before you buy.

5. Intellectual property

The app's software and design belong to W.E.C Labs AB. The store's name, logo and product information belong to the store and the respective brand owners. You receive a personal, non-exclusive right to use the app under these terms and the terms of the App Store or Google Play.

6. Availability and changes

We continuously develop the service and may change, pause or discontinue features. We aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee that it will always work without interruption.

7. Liability

The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, such as data loss caused by circumstances beyond our control. Your rights under mandatory consumer law are not affected.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will inform you in the app before material changes take effect.

10. Governing law

Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by Swedish general courts. As a consumer, you may also turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (arn.se).
