Privacy Policy

This policy describes how W.E.C Labs AB (reg. no. 559508-2347, "we") processes personal data on this website and in the apps we develop. The Swedish version is the original; in case of differences, it prevails.

1. This website

This website uses no cookies, no visitor analytics and no tracking tools. Our web host may temporarily keep technical logs (such as IP address and time) to protect the service. If you email us, we keep your message and email address for as long as needed to handle your request, at most 24 months.

2. Our apps

We develop and operate apps that are published under a store's name. The store is the data controller for customer data in its app. We act as a data processor and process the data only on the store's behalf, under a data processing agreement.

Each app has its own privacy policy describing in detail what data is processed, why and for how long. In general:

• We only process the data needed for the app's features, such as account details and what you save in the app yourself.
• Data is primarily stored in the EU. If a provider outside the EU is used, the transfer is protected under the GDPR, for example by the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses.
• The apps show no advertising, and we do not sell any data.
• You can delete your account and your data directly in the app.

3. Your rights

You have the right to access the data we process about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to the processing and to receive your data (data portability). If your question concerns a store's app, you can contact the store or us and we will help. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (imy.se).
